CASM is a Christian institution, facilitator of integral human development processes, non-profit, which is based on the Mennonite principles of the Anabaptist tradition (peace, justice, non-violence and solidarity). CASM is an institution that works hand in hand with community, municipal, regional and other alliances, so that they can be strengthened and empowered as representative and democratic structures and become political subjects.
CASM is an institution that provides timely attention to families in an emergency situation, without political, economic, religious and social distinction, which provides continuous support to the most vulnerable families in their social, productive reactivation and preparation for future disasters.
CASM is an institution that participates in different national and international networks to influence important issues that contribute to generate positive changes, aimed at improving the quality of life of the target population.
FAITH IN GOD
We believe that the human being is made in the image and likeness of God, who manifests in three dimensions the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.
LOVE TO THE NEXT
In CASM we express love through all the actions of the institutional task for the integral well-being of the people with whom we relate.
CASM values different beliefs, cultures, political thoughts and relationships between God, people (men and women) and nature.
We believe in the biblical concept of justice that goes beyond the law, it also includes material and spiritual well-being, harmony in relationships, rectitude, personal behavior, integrity in our commitments, kindness, love, mercy and the peace.
CASM, Practice and seek to develop the habit of honesty and good manners according to the practice of Jesus, the rational and adequate management of goods and resources at the different levels and areas with which it relates.
PEACE AND NON-VIOLENCE
We believe in the Hebrew concept of Shalom peace, which seeks the integral well-being of people, that is, the satisfaction of material, spiritual, and intellectual needs; also in that human beings have to have peace with God, with himself / herself and with everything that surrounds him / her.
In CASM we believe in the need to help people when they need it the most, in any area of their lives, that is, to mourn with those who mourn and enjoy themselves with those who enjoy themselves, regardless of their corporate name, political, religious, gender or ethnic creed.
Open spaces and opportunities for men and women, boys and girls in access and control of resources, services and benefits; likewise we believe that our collaborators should have equal opportunities in access to training, employment promotion, remuneration and incentives.
We are dealing here with the Bible in its relationship with the community in which it arose, the Judaic-Christian religious tradition. The horizon of this approach is, therefore, theological, which is explained by the way of calling the Bible "the word of God." This word of God is embodied in human language, in solidarity with historical circumstances and conditioned by the linguistic and cultural characteristics of the environment in which it emerged.
HUMAN RIGHTS, CHILDHOOD AND YOUTH
These rights have a historical nature that accuses precedents in the elitist democracy of ancient Greece, whose regime recognized citizens as equal. This democracy, however, excluded slaves, women, prisoners of war and others who remained outside of citizen protection, such as foreigners.

Gender equity means that women and men, regardless of their biological differences, have the right to fair and equal access to the use, control and benefit of the same goods and services of society, as well as to decision-making in the fields of social, economic, political, cultural and family life.
